Natasja is an accomplished and distinctive writer, photographer and filmmaker.

While her work is predominantly focused on portraiture, it is visionary, provocative and powerful, creating an immersive world and tone whilst often hinting at an emotionally complex narrative.

Natasja has an uninhibited approach to her photography and film work. Her singular eye as a photographer and director pushes and provokes ideas around self-identity, sexuality, and femininity from a fresh and striking angle.

A photo based project in association with Colors Magazine and Reporters Without Borders was exhibited at the Pompidou Centre, Paris, The Milan Triennale, the Shanghai Art Museum and the Shiodomeitalia Creative Center, Tokyo. The work was later published by Birkhäuser in the book 'Faces and Violence'. Her personal work has been exhibited widely including New York Photo Festival, Arles Photo Festival, and Los Angeles Photo Festival.

Her maturing style transfers her elegant and ageless images to her commercial and editorial work.

Clients include Nowness, American Apparel, Mirage Magazine, Telegraph Magazine and  Colors Magazine.

Natasja is based in London.
